It's reported that the US scrap export quotes to Taiwan have continued rising recently.
At present, the quotes of the US container HMS 80:20 (1&2) to Taiwan are at US$345/ton CFR, rising by US$3/ton from a week ago.
It's learned that the scrap prices increased in the US domestic market in July, boosting the export prices to rise as well.
Meanwhile, it's predicted that the actual selling prices would be at around US$342~US$343/ton CFR.
